Assistant Store Managers (ASMs) act as functional leaders serving the day-to-day needs of the cannabis dispensary.
This role is with NETA, one of the renowned retail brands under the Parallel umbrella. Parallel is one of the largest multi-state cannabis companies in the world, owning and operating in five markets; Florida (Surterra Wellness), Massachusetts (NETA), Pennsylvania (Goodblend), and Texas (Goodblend). WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Drive successful inventory management and order fulfillment
Accurately label, process and track all product that enters the store according to state regulation
Complete customer orders by delivering product to the sales floor, packing up reserve ahead orders in advance of customer arrival and/or preparing products for home delivery
Ensure product is effectively and accurately allocated according to patient and customer need
Partner with the Production facility to schedule and facilitate product shipments to store
Periodically conduct product audits to ensure compliance with state regulations
Build, develop and lead a high-performing team of Assistant Operations Managers (AOMs) and Specialists
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
Required
Age 21 or over
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
1-2 years of supervisory experience
Microsoft Office Suite proficient to advance level
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence others
Demonstrate independent, strategic thinking and business acumen, proven ability to analyze sales data and create effective action plans
Preferred
Retail experience with an organization that does advance ordering and customer delivery
Proven operations, retail, and cannabis industry experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time and perform computer processing operations
Must be able to accommodate a varying schedule based on operational needs
Ability to handle stress in performing multiple tasks
Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
