Accounts Payable Analyst
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST:

At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The AP Analyst is responsible for reconciling major vendor accounts, troubleshooting issues, ensuring that our two systems (Mineral Tree and Sage Intacct) are in sync, providing direction to AP Specialists on proper coding for credit memos, correction of invoices, etc. This role is also responsible for new vendor setup and will serve as back-up for the weekly payment package process. Additionally, this role will be the primary point of contact for our Accounts Receivable team in working to offset amounts due to/from our vendors who are also customers. To perform this role, the AP Analyst must interact with both vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, while also fostering process and data quality improvement by providing expert advice on the daily findings as appropriate. As a main goal, the AP Analyst must prevent foreseeable customer service interruptions by addressing payment discrepancies in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Review and reconcile key vendors statements to both our Mineral Tree and Sage Intacct environments and take appropriate actions to ensure discrepancies are reviewed and resolved
- Reviewing all credit memos and invoice corrections, providing direction to the Accounts Payable Specialist on how to handle
- The first point of contact for key vendors
- New vendor setup and vendor maintenance
- Serving as back-up for the weekly payment package process
- Assist with developing process improvement recommendations
- Create and maintain vendor management training materials as needed
- Responsible for posting manual payments and sync error management
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or analytical focused field
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- 2-5 years’ experience working in accounts payable, account reconciliation, vendor management, cash or accounting department
- Demonstrated experience with issue resolution
- Proven ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to critically think, exercise decisive judgement, and the ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
