Assists in overseeing mass production of products
Help develop and execute the process of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Oversee inventory and other kitchen production supplies at the facility
Maintain production logs, lab test results and QC retain samples.
Responsible for maximizing the productivity of all kitchen staff
Trains and develops the production kitchen team on proper execution
Inspects kitchen equipment for cleanliness, hygiene, and monitors sanitation policies to abide by all state food safety and sanitation laws
Assist with supervision, and direction of Kitchen staff
Supervise workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising safety or product integrity
Ensure all activities are following applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Audit inventory regularly to ensure full compliance
Assist with integration of new equipment for production scaling
Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management
Physical Requirements of the Job: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), may include walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching. Moderate to loud exposure to noise.
