What You’ll Do: As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the planning, developing, mentoring, and overseeing of the Revenue Division Talent Acquisition team and create/implement Recruitment processes and strategies. You will partner leaders to align hiring with business objectives by implementing best in class strategies to support our goal of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. As a strategic leader, you will work together with the TA leadership team to build the vision, set expectations, and measure success of the team. Your experience in high volume talent acquisition will make you successful in this role but you passion for leading a team and creating a diversified and inclusive workforce is why you’re going to love it!
- Effectively manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: process, strategy, sourcing and screening candidates, guiding candidates through the interview process, offer negotiations, and presentation.
- Develop strategies to build talent pipelines using a variety of tools and techniques including personal networks, job boards, targeted searches via LinkedIn recruiter, educational institutions, employee referral generation, etc.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Leaders to proactively manage staffing needs by ensuring consistent communication regarding industry information, recruitment activity, and candidate feedback.
- Be a strategic partner to Curaleaf’s leadership team by providing compensation advice, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve efficiencies.
- Contribute to continually evolving internal processes (i.e., workflow, and process improvement), ensuring an elevated and consistent candidate experience at all stages of the interview process.
- Maintain high standards when operation within ATS to ensure data integrity.
- Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state employment practices and laws.
- Contribute to building a cohesive Talent Acquisition vision encompassing the employer branding strategy to attract diverse, value-aligned talent at all levels.
- Help to define and develop the Curaleaf employer brand and recruiting strategy, including partnering with the Talent Team on diversity focused talent acquisition.
- Support Curaleaf’s goals of sourcing diverse candidates, including those with previous cannabis-related records utilizing innovative search strategies to attract a broad and diverse community of talent.
- Manage, track, and report key metrics by department and region.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 5 years of related experience in recruiting in a high volume environment. Retail or sales recruiting experience a bonus!
- Proven experience in leading a team to achieve results and mentoring the team to grow personally and professionally.
- A sense of ownership and pride in the team’s performance and its impact in the company’s success
- Experience building department processes and SOPs.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience. Greenhouse experience a plus.
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task and operate in a fast growing
