Trim Technician
The Regulated Processing Associate is primarily responsible for high-volume quality control in a warehouse environment, packaging and labeling of ready-to-use cannabis products in preparation for shipping to multiple retail facilities. The Regulated Processing Associate conducts day-to-day operations within the Processing Center, including detailed trimming and weighing of cannabis to confirm quality of product. Additionally, the Regulated Processing Associate monitors contaminants, sanitizes and adheres to company policy/industry regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a friendly, courteous and compassionate demeanor at all times
- Adhere to company mission statement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
- Preserve product quality; able to monitor contaminants and take appropriate action to correct quality issues
- Abide by product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies/regulatory agency compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facility by stocking processing supplies, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing restrooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of processing storage areas, office and supplies
- Verify accuracy of product displayed in POS (correct product, quantity and/or weight)
- Authenticate correct use of MED-required packaging and labeling in accordance with company policy
- Adhere to security protocol and promote safety for patrons, patients and other Team Members
- Fill all time during scheduled shifts with productive activity, including cleaning, stocking, cross-training, organizing or completing y other tasks to contribute to company success
- Maintain personal hygiene to ensure safe interaction with patrons, product and other Team Members
- All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications Education
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
Training
- Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED); Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and TGS Management
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws, MED regulations, and CDPHE requirements; Previous marijuana industry experience preferred with priority given to candidates with experience in CO licensed facilities
- Retail, operations and/or sales experience a plus

- Must be able to individually lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods of time
