Inventory Assistant
Green Leaf Medicals, a Columbia Care Company is looking for an Inventory Assistant.
The Inventory Assistant will help with receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in implementing the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the production.
- Help accept packages and product from vendors.
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
- Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as needed.
- Help move product to the sales floor.
- Conduct inspections with Inventory Lead.
- Help with ordering products from vendors.
- Assist in managing consumables for both the dispensary and production facilities.
- Perform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for the adjustments.
- Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state compliance.
1-2 years of inventory experience preferred.
Skills:
Detail-oriented and able to quickly adapt to changing demands and priorities.
Proficient with computers – Microsoft Word & Excel.
Must be able to work in fast paced environments
Knowledge of METRC
Knowledge of gLeaf’s SOPs
Available to work on weekends and occasional overnight shifts
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
