Sales Representative
Overview
The New Business Development Representative is a strongly motivated sales professional who hunts and farms new and recurring retail accounts. You will be a key player in our sales organization, and we want you to take part in both the sales activities and business development within the department. You will be representing one of the best-selling brands on the market during an exciting time of product and company expansion.
Job responsibilities:
-“Hunt” for prospective accounts through various communication channels
-“Farm” current accounts and increase volume through healthy relationship building and thoughtful education
-Deliver orders and collect paymentt occasionally
-Maintain a physical presence within your designated territory
-Meet KPI requirements and report those numbers on a weekly basis
-Collaborate in meetings cross-departmentally to discuss activity and strategy
-Support clients with inventory and related assets
-Invite every encounter as an opportunity to promote the brand mission and serve as a solution provider to partners
-Juggle conflicting priorities and tasks using strong time management skills
-Offer a customer oriented approach rooted in passion for benefitting peoples' lives through cannabis
Salary
$50000 - $60000 USD per yearRequired Skills
- 2+ years of outside sales experience or similar role and previous experience in the manufacturing, retail, hospitality or hemp industries is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or Project Management platform
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiations
- Ability to travel in order to do business.
- Ability to take a data driven approach to sales in order to boost quantity and quality.
