Compare safe inventory to retail inventory in daily audits.
Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of each day.
Maintain appropriate retail floor stock levels and display quality.
Work with the Retail Operations & Training Manager to communicate all issues that come up at the store.
Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility; has a high attention to detail and regularly reviews facility needs and communicates them to the appropriate parties.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Perform all opening and closing Dispensary duties, including Daily Cash Reports, Cash Drops, maintaining Dispensary change, communicating and enforcing accurate application of promos and discounts, and maintaining employee tips.
Serve as the liaison between management and the security team as needed.
Have oversight of all incident reports submitted for their respective location(s) and overseeing required security infrastructure's functionality.
Oversee documentation for any incidents, accidents, and report them to the DR/AM and Security Manager
Responsible for completion of monthly security tests and fire extinguisher checks and any required follow up testing.
Oversight of all security equipment, ensuring it is accounted for and functional on a weekly basis (security binder, radios, PPE, etc.) as needed.
Ensure all dispensary cameras are functional (in collaboration with security officers).
Ensure daily checklists are properly completed.
Participate in monthly security conference calls with management.
Coordinate with store management with any necessary safety drills or safety training with staff such as fire, medically emergencies, active shooter, and severe weather.
Serve as a party on the call list for after-hours emergencies - which may include needing to respond onsite.
May help in other departments as needed/Other duties as assigned.
Administrative Duties:
Oversees, trains and manages associate(s). Responsible for the hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary action.
Complies with Company SOP’s and New York State guidance
Create weekly staff schedule and post in Dispensary a minimum of two weeks in advance.
Approve staff payroll, PTO and Sick leave.
Maintain personal training status and records consistent with company policies and procedures.
Create and submit purchase requisitions to the Purchasing Department
Create and send daily and weekly progress summary report emails to Director of Retail
Maintain good working relationships with vendors to ensure smooth and effective communication.
