Ensure the company's facilities look neat and presentable for employees and the public
Manage relationships and serve as primary liaison for regular service vendors (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, Co2, etc)
Coordinate the procurement of all facility supplies, manage the existing inventory, and look to achieve cost savings.
Ensuring all staff members adhere to OSHA general standard as it relates to a manufacturing facility and Safety SOP's, as well as assist in the adherence to Cannabis regulations
P/L management and Labor Cost Management
Coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
Manage, update and report daily facility activity using company systems and summarize information to support decision making
Lead and assist in auditing practices, enforce proper tracking & reporting activity
Facilitate the operational flow across departments within, production, orders/fulfillment, distribution, compliance, inventory, and security divisions
Creates and implements standard operating procedures (SOP), internal processes, and compliance training
