We are specifically looking for people with CONSISTENT WEEKEND availability, including Sundays. We rotate weekend shifts as needed, but are really looking for someone to reliably cover most weekends.

About the role:

Be aware of and follow all compliancy rules, per the State of Michigan & LARA
Maintain and build your working knowledge of the properties and uses of cannabis, as well as learn about our products.
Provide a speedy, accurate, welcoming, and knowledgeable check out for every guest.
Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
Ensure product on the sales floor is visually appealing and ready for sale.
Be aware of the daily deals.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Build and maintain customer profiles and experiences.
Maintain professionality during all customer interactions and service rushes.
Be able to learn, understand, and use our POS system fluently.
Help the rest of the team maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
Stock product on the sales wall.

Experience/Qualifications

Sales/customer service REQUIRED
Over 21 years old and can pass a background check
Authorized to work in U.S.
Knowledge of medical or recreational cannabis uses and/or procedures is a plus
Be able to maintain a balanced till.
Be able to stand for long periods of time, carry up to 20lbs, and bend/reach for merchandise.
Must be comfortable using a rolling store ladder to grab products as needed.
