Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
PrideStaff is looking to hire a Property Manager for one of the Top-Rated Property Management Groups in Columbus. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a family friendly apartment complex. Property Manager will benefit from an outstanding benefits package and other employee perks!
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
Property Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
