We’re looking for:
Account Manager (Collections Representative): As an Account Manager you will be reaching out to either the consumer or individuals connected to a decedent’s estate to collect payment for outstanding bills or loans.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Applying polite and customer-service-focused communication that adheres to federal and state guidelines on every call.
- Attempting to resolve account balances by engaging with consumers to determine the best possible arrangement.
- Escalating issues to the Team Lead and/or Operations Manager.
- Working in a supporting, team call-center environment.
Additional requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service and call-center experience a plus.
- Mandatory in-office training 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Assertive, clear, and concise written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to a regulated and structured work environment.
- Capacity to work independently as well as contribute to a larger team.
- Customer-service-focused and polite with sensitivity to individuals experiencing hardship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft software applications, the ability to multi-task multiple applications, and navigate between multiple screens, etc.
- Ability to work: Until 9:00pm at least once/week & at least one Saturday/month

- Starting rate $18-$20/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities – UNCAPPED/UNLIMITED BONUS POTENTIAL
- Starting rate adjusted after 90 days, based on performance.
