City Leaves of Egg Harbor Township, NJ is hiring Full Time Assistant Store Manager for our Dispensary opening soon. We aim to provide world class customer service to all of our guests who visit our Recreational Dispensary.
Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for creating a world class experience to all our customers. This person will work closely with the store manager overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary. Someone who is highly motivated and passionate about Cannabis would be a great fit for this position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the staff
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date
- Train staff
- Handle inventory management and tracking
- Develop and maintain schedules for the staff
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Promote a positive work environment
- Assist with Opening and closing
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Dispensary Experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive Attitude
