Entry Level It Technician Cannabis Grow Site And Dispensary Support

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our team as an IT Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field while working on a variety of systems and projects.

Responsibilities

Run new and troubleshoot existing cable runs

Install and configure computer hardware and software systems

Act as level 1 user support for basic computer, printer and productivity software issues

Work on data collection and organization to document company IT and computer assets

Work on basic Microsoft 365 back end administrative items as needed

May grow into installing new and troubleshoot existing Unifi network system components if aptitude is shown

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to frequently climb up and down ladders and utilize man lifts

Ability to crawl under or between obstacles to reach equipment

Ability to work within confined spaces

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies a plus

Knowledge of Unifi network systems a plus

Required:

Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds, comfortable working with heights of up to 20+ feet, work in warm/humid environments, work under bright lights and work in dark areas with green supplemental lights, be over the age of 21. Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.
