Job DescriptionCompany Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet/Check-in all customers
- Verify IDs
- Product knowledge
- Use of POS station
- Cash Handling
- General housekeeping duties for the store
- Upholding company policies and Cannabis Compliance Board Regulations
- Inventory Control
- Maintain store security
- Attention to Detail
- Assist with dispensary operations
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to complete customer transactions in an efficient and speedy manner while performing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate with team members
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
- High school diploma/GED required
- Positive attitude
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Customer Service experience preferred - not required
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent in experience is required
- Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
