We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team in various roles including Cultivation, Harvest, Trim, Packaging, and Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing tasks in any of these roles and will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our cannabis production process.

The daily grind

Each role and department has their own unique responsibilities, but since we are just starting up it's a great opportunity to learn about and try different jobs!

Cultivation:

Assist in planting, watering, fertilizing, and monitoring the health of cannabis plants.
Ensure the cultivation space remains clean, organized, and free of contaminants.

Harvest:

Safely and efficiently harvest mature cannabis plants.
Prepare plants for the drying and curing process.

Trim/Post-Harvest:

Manicure and trim cannabis flowers to company standards.
Maintain a steady pace to ensure efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Packaging:

Accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis products in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
Ensure all products are free from contamination.

Kitchen:

Assist in the preparation and production of cannabis-infused products.
Adhere to strict sanitation practices and maintain a clean workspace.

You're a great fit if

You’re at least 21 years of age or older.
Working with your hands is something you find enjoyable.
You have at least 6 months experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, kitchen, or production setting.
You can bend, climb, squat, twist, kneels and stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
Being positive and working well with others comes naturally to you.
You’re curious and willing to support other departments by cross-training at the facility.
