As the first independent cannabis testing laboratory to be certified by the state of Massachusetts, we are proud to offer analytical testing and R&D services to MMJ and adult-use cannabis providers, patients, doctors, caregivers, or anyone crafting their own cannabis products. Our methods are ISO-17025 accredited, and we employ proven analytical practices developed in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Summary:
Drives to various Registered Marijuana Dispensary's (RMD's) to pick up samples and deliver them safely to MCR Labs in a compliant and efficient manner. The Associate will ensure all clients receive outstanding service and care by making sure samples will receive proper care by being compliant through the intake process. The person in this position will wear multiple hats and assist with various departments throughout the company to ensure smooth operations at our Framingham facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Transportation Team to arrange and execute sample pickups from Registered Marijuana Dispensary's (RMD's).
  • Ensure that samples are picked up and transported in compliance with state and company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure that the operation of the company vehicle complies with all state and local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Must be aware of testing and sample requirements when receiving samples at RMD.
  • Ensure all client complaints or issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner through coordinating with Customer Service, Scientific Operations, etc.
  • Perform sample intake for Adult Use licensees, Caregivers, and public clients.
  • Accept and reject samples in METRC (State seed-to-sale tracking system)
  • Assist with the storage and organization of samples.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience or demonstrable ability
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate extensive working knowledge of Google suite Applications such as Drive, Calendar, Gmail, and Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the highest attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks on the fly.
  • Passion for cannabis and the community is highly preferred.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • DOT certification highly recommended.
