Dispensary Manager

Welcome to Nuna Harvest! As the Dispensary Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our rustic-chic dispensary, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and have access to a curated selection of premium cannabis products. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our community-centered cannabis company.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, providing guidance and education to staff and customers
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Uphold the company's commitment to wellness, sustainability, and mindful consumption
 

Required skills

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the cannabis industry or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Strong understanding of state and local regulations pertaining to cannabis sales and operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
