Collections Representative

Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, a national collections law firm located in Dublin, is expanding its government collections practice and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. Qualified applicants will have prior collections or customer service experience and be available to work full time hours M-TH 9 a.m.-6 p.m., F 9:15 a.m.-5 p.m. in a call center environment.

Responsibilities of Experienced Collections Representative:

• Independent account management skills with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize custom collection practices including skip tracing, phone calls and mail correspondence.
• Review and complete various forms required by taxing authorities.
• Develop effective collection methods to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service with acute attention to detail.

Requirement of Experienced Collections Representative:

• 2 years customer service/collections representative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to overcome objections and achieve results.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
